Then, during the lockdowns, everything changed. With no pressure to hit a certain goal, I simply moved because I loved how it made me feel- stronger, energized, and empowered.
For the first time, fitness wasn’t a chore; it became a part of me. I wasn’t just working out- I was creating a habit, embracing the journey, and finding joy in movement.
